Deleting a Project

In the Laser Map Maker dashboard, projects are central to managing your work. Each project contains your layers, features, tools, settings, and formatting preferences. You can easily rename, duplicate, delete, or create a new project from the dashboard to help keep your work organized and accessible.

Below, you’ll find step-by-step instructions for deleting your projects.

How to Delete a Project

Overview:

If you no longer need a project, you can delete it from the dashboard. Be aware that deleting a project is permanent and cannot be undone.

Steps:

1. Go to the Dashboard: Open your project dashboard.

2. Find the Project: Find the project you want to delete.

3. Click the 'More Options' Button: Click the three-dot menu (or "More Options") next to the project name.

4. Select ‘Delete’: Click on the Delete option from the menu.

5. Confirm Deletion: A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the project.

6. Project Deleted: Once confirmed, the project will be removed from your dashboard and cannot be recovered.
